SMS Terms
The program
CD Acquisitions LLC sends one-to-one text messages to licensed real estate agents about a specific property they have listed for sale. We use the business phone number published on that listing. Messages make a cash offer on the property and continue the conversation when the agent replies.
Message frequency
Frequency varies. For each listing we send a first message, at most two follow-ups if there is no reply, and a new offer only if the list price changes. Further messages are sent only when you reply.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out
Reply STOP at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts from any CD Acquisitions number. Replies such as "remove me" or "wrong number" are also treated as opt-outs. Reply START to resubscribe.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. We never share mobile numbers or text messaging opt-in data with third parties for marketing.
Changes
